US Cold War thriller starring Rock Hudson, Ernest Borgnine, Patrick McGoohan and Jim Brown. The film follows Commander James Ferraday (Hudson) of the USS Tigerfish as he is ordered to rescue those inside the Drift Ice Station Zebra in the Arctic. He is joined in his quest by British MI6 agent David Jones (McGoohan), USMC Captain Leslie Anders (Brown) and Russian defector Boris Vaslov (Borgnine). As the USS Tigerfish reaches the Zebra’s last known position, tensions begin to run high among the crew and they discover there is more to their mission than they have been told.
